It’s Live!

After months of writing, editing, and formatting, I’m pleased to share that my book, You Carry the Tent, I’ll Carry the Baby, has launched is available for sale from all major online book retailers and beyond. The response so far has been incredibly heartening, with many people finding inspiration and motivation from the book. The average traditionally published non-fiction book sells 250-300 copies in the first year of publication. Books have been flying off the shelves and we are well on our way to surpassing that mark within the first week!

For those who are curious, I’ve gone on a few podcasts to talk about our journey and the book. To date, the only ones that are live are the following. Both are a good overview of our hike and include some discussion of the writing process.

My friend Tyler was kind enough to have me back on his podcast Advanced Retroadaptics.

Later, I spoke with New York Times bestselling author Chris Ryan (Sex at Dawn and Civilized to Death) on his podcast, Tangentially Speaking with Christopher Ryan.

Instagram will load in the frontend.

Thank you all for your support and encouragement! If you’re interested in buying a copy for yourself or a friend, you can do so directly from me here, via Amazon or your preferred retailer of choice.

Happy Trails!

  1. What an accomplishment!!! Both the hiking the trail itself and then writing a book about it. It’s an amazing story that is both engaging and thought-provoking. Sometimes I found myself on the edge of my seat, even though I know how it ended!

Well done! Can’t wait for more! 😉
